Who can take part

  • You speak English.
  • You have been diagnosed with long COVID (ongoing symptoms after COVID-19).
  • You do not have a history of certain heart or brain conditions like a stroke, aneurysm, or dementia.
  • You do not currently have severe lung disease, heart problems, or need oxygen.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 40 or lower.
  • You are not pregnant (if you could become pregnant, you'll need a test).
