Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 50 years old
  • Have a PHQ-9 depression score between 10 and 19 (moderate depression)
  • Be able to attend the acupuncture sessions during the study
  • Have not used complementary or integrative practices in the last 3 months
  • Do not have pregnancy, menopause, or an allergy to tape or metal
  • Your PHQ-9 answers should not show severe depression or high suicide risk
