Hepatitis b VirusHepatitis B

Treatments studied

Part of Digestive system, Infections clinical trials.

This Phase 1 trial tests HepB mAb19, an antibody medicine, in adults with chronic hepatitis B. The goal is to see how it works and how safe it is in people whose hepatitis B is controlled on current antiviral treatment.

Testing an antibody treatment for chronic hepatitis B

This study tests a new antibody treatment (VIR-3434) for chronic hepatitis B. It aims to see if the antibody can help your immune system control the virus, potentially allowing you to stop your current antiviral medication later.

NCT07610772Recruiting· Phase 1
Safety study of a new hepatitis B antibody for hepatitis D

This early-stage trial tests whether a new monoclonal antibody (a lab-made protein that fights viruses) is safe and effective in people with chronic hepatitis D infection. Hepatitis D only occurs in people who also have hepatitis B, and this new treatment may help control the virus.
