This study tests a structured “end-of-treatment” day hospital program to improve quality of life for adolescents and young adults after cancer treatment. You may be offered follow-up and supportive care soon after finishing treatment to help you feel better physically and emotionally.

Who can take part
- Be between 15 and 25 years old when you were first diagnosed
- Have been treated before at the hospital/AYA service (IHOPe and/or Centre Leon Berard AYA Department)
- Have had a solid tumor or lymphoma and finished cancer treatment
- Be in complete response at the end of treatment (your end-of-treatment check has been done)
- Have finished treatment less than 2 months ago, including maintenance therapy
- Be able to read, write, and understand French and have health insurance
