This study looks at how the immune system in the body responds to different COVID-19 virus variants. It may help improve how COVID-19 is diagnosed by comparing people who are currently infected and those who are not.

Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 65 years old and weigh at least 50 kg
  • Live in the Ile-de-France region and be able to travel to the 15th arrondissement of Paris for study visits
  • Agree to join the study and provide consent
  • Have access to Social Security coverage (except Aide Médicale d'Etat)
  • If COVID-positive: test by RT-PCR within the last 72 hours and be symptom-free or have mild symptoms that do not need hospital care
  • If COVID-negative: have a recent RT-PCR test that is negative and have no more than 3 health conditions (co-morbidities) listed by HAS
