  • You are currently an inpatient at Johns Hopkins Bayview Acute Psychiatric Unit
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You can understand the study and give informed consent
  • Your treatment team feels you’re stable enough to safely take part
  • If you use a cane, walker, or wheelchair, you can still do modified exercises
  • You must speak English as your primary language
