- You are age 18 or older
- You can read and understand Swedish (spoken and written)

- A clinician says you meet criteria for a paraphilia (except pedophilia), compulsive sexual behavior, or sexsomnia (sex during sleep)
- You do not have a serious mental condition (like active psychosis or severe depression) that needs urgent care
