- Be between 3 and 17 years old
- Have a written medical cannabis authorization from a licensed health provider
- Use medical cannabis for one of these approved reasons: pain, sleep, mood, behavior, seizures, cancer, or cancer-treatment symptom relief
- Be able to complete electronic questionnaires in English
- Not use cannabis for medical reasons without a provider’s authorization
- Not use cannabis only for recreational (non-medical) reasons
