Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic solid cancer that has gotten worse after standard treatment, or you can’t have (or don’t want) standard treatment that’s usually offered
  • Your scans show at least one measurable tumor spot on CT/MRI, and it lights up on a CAIX-targeting scan (89Zr-TLX250 uptake)
  • Your tumors must be CAIX-positive in at least 75% of the tumor volume (strong enough uptake compared with normal liver)
  • You’re well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1) and have about 6 months or more of expected life
  • You have acceptable blood counts and organ function for study treatment
  • You haven’t had prior CAIX-targeting therapy or prior treatment with 177Lu-TLX250 or similar radioligand therapy
