Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid cancer that has spread or cannot be removed, and standard treatments are not working or don’t exist
  • Your tumor testing shows specific gene changes, especially problems in the ATM/ATR pathways or related genes (from tumor or blood tests)
  • You have tried at least one prior standard cancer treatment (unless your doctor says there is no standard option)
  • You are age 18 or older, and you have enough blood counts and organ function (kidneys, liver) to safely take study medicine
  • Your general condition is fairly good (ECOG 0–2) and you have measurable disease on scans (RECIST 1.1)
  • You can provide informed consent and agree to pregnancy prevention rules and, if needed, repeat biopsies for the study
