Who can take part

  • You must be an adult man (18+) and heterosexual with a willing sexual partner for penetration
  • For erectile dysfunction (ED): your symptoms must be mild to moderate, based on a questionnaire score from the last 3 months
  • If you currently use a pill like Viagra/Cialis/“PDE5 inhibitors,” you may need to stop it for 4 weeks before and during the study
  • For ED: your morning testosterone must be above 300 ng/dL
  • For chronic pelvic pain (CPPS): you must have ongoing pelvic pain with no current urine infection and be willing to do pelvic floor physical therapy (PFPT)
