Who can take part
- Have prostate cancer confirmed by pathology (biopsy or other test)
- Have measurable or metastatic prostate cancer visible on CT/MRI or a bone scan/PET scan
- Be 60 years or older and able to do usual activities fairly well (ECOG 0–2)
- Be able to start and continue the planned hormone treatment plan (ADT plus certain add-on medicines like docetaxel/abiraterone/prednisone or ADT plus enzalutamide/apalutamide/darolutamide)
- Have blood test results within required ranges (enough white blood cells, neutrophils, and platelets) and adequate liver/kidney function
- Be willing to take part and sign informed consent; also be medically able to safely receive bright light (no seizure history, not light-sensitive, and no major untreated eye problems)
