Who can take part
- Aged 35 to 70 and had a stroke (or similar brain blood-issue) confirmed by exam and brain scan
- Have arm/leg weakness on one side (hemiparesis) caused by that stroke
- Have mild to moderate stiffness and recovery level (Ashworth score up to 2, and Brunnstrom stage 4 or higher)
- It must be 1 to 3 months since you were discharged from the hospital after the stroke
- You do not have dementia or cognitive problems, and you can participate regularly
- You agree to join by signing consent (you or a family member/caregiver can sign)
