Who can take part

  • You had your first stroke (either bleeding or clot) 3 to 12 months ago.
  • You are between 40 and 80 years old.
  • Your arm weakness is moderate, not too mild or too severe (a doctor will check).
  • You can follow simple instructions and have no major memory problems.
  • You have not had similar virtual reality training before.
  • You do not have metal implants in your body (like pacemakers or metal clips).
