Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- Your stroke was from a blocked artery in the brain (proximal middle cerebral artery)
- You had a clot-removing procedure called mechanical thrombectomy, and it worked well (mTICI 2B or higher)
- You can sign informed consent in writing
- Your current health is stable enough for study participation
- You did not have memory or thinking decline before this stroke
