Who can take part
- You have bipolar disorder type I (BD-1) diagnosed by DSM-5.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been taking lithium for more than 1 year.
- Your mood is currently stable: MADRS score under 8 and YMRS score under 8, with no hospitalization or change in mood-stabilizing treatment in the past 3 months.
- You can do blood and urine tests, and you are covered by French social security.
- You can give written consent and understand French well enough to participate.
