Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You can speak and read English fluently.
  • You sleep 6.5 to 9 hours a day and usually go to bed between 9:30 PM and 1:00 AM on weekdays.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 28.
  • You are registered with a general practitioner (GP).
  • If you are female, you must use effective birth control or not have sex that could lead to pregnancy during the study.
  • You do not have any mental or neurological conditions, or a family history of severe mental illness.
  • You are not taking any long-term medications (except birth control pills) and you do not smoke, use recreational drugs, or have certain medical conditions like diabetes or sleep disorders.
