Who can take part
- You’re an adult (18 to under 80) with chronic rhinosinusitis confirmed by an ENT specialist
- You had functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) at least 6 months ago
- You’re already on maximal standard medicines for CRS (your usual care), but symptoms are still significant
- During an endoscopy, you have small-to-moderate nasal polyps in each nostril (score 0, 1, or 2)
- Your symptom severity score (VAS) is above 2 at screening and before treatment, and you have enough nasal access for the dosing
- You can safely use the study treatment (not allergic to steroid/related products, and not pregnant or trying to be)
