  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You are scheduled for nasal surgery for chronic sinusitis or nasal polyps.
  • You are not allergic to triamcinolone or any ingredient in the nanocapsule.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have an active severe nasal infection or uncontrolled diabetes.
  • You can attend follow-up visits and complete questionnaires.
