  • Be between 40 and 69 years old
  • Have a high heart-risk score (SCORE 2) between 2.5% and 10%
  • Do not have diabetes
  • Do not have a strong family history of very high cholesterol (familial hypercholesterolemia)
  • Do not already have established heart or blood vessel disease (no prior heart disease/stroke)
