This trial studies whether electrical stimulation therapy can improve healing after certain arm (upper limb) nerve injuries. It is for people who are planning surgery to repair a damaged nerve, such as through nerve transfer, direct repair, or nerve grafting.

Who can take part
- You have an injured nerve in your arm from the brachial plexus down to the wrist area
- You are planning to have surgery to repair the nerve (nerve transfer, direct repair, or nerve graft)
- Your injury surgery is planned within 12 months of the nerve injury
- You are between 18 and 80 years old and can sign an informed consent form
- Your planned surgical approach does not involve primary repair needing a graft longer than 6 cm
