  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are planning liver surgery (open or laparoscopic) for colorectal liver metastases
  • Your pre-op CT/MRI scan or biopsy shows fatty liver (hepatic steatosis)
  • You can use an app to track your food intake during the diet program
  • Your bloodwork or scans do not show liver scarring (fibrosis) or cirrhosis
