  • Have had your first radiofrequency ablation for ventricular tachycardia caused by ischemic heart disease
  • Have an ICD (implantable cardioverter-defibrillator) with remote monitoring
  • If you can become pregnant, use effective birth control until you leave the hospital
  • You can give written, informed consent
  • You have health insurance or are cared for by the study hospital system
