Who can take part

  • You are an adult in Portugal who speaks Portuguese fluently
  • You have concerns about memory or thinking (not just routine checkups)
  • You have not been formally diagnosed with dementia
  • You can use a computer or tablet at home, or have access to one
  • You have internet access at home and have low confidence using computers/tablets
  • You do NOT have major movement, vision, or hearing problems that would prevent participation
