Biobank study for bile duct and gallbladder disease samples

Biliary Tract DiseasesGallbladder CancerExtrahepatic Bile Duct CancerIntrahepatic CholangiocarcinomaBiliary Tract NeoplasmsGall Stone

Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.

This study builds a research database and a “multiomics” biobank (stored samples for lab testing) from people with benign and malignant bile duct or gallbladder conditions. It may help researchers understand these diseases better and improve future testing and treatments.

Gallbladder Cancer Registry Study

This study builds a database for gallbladder cancer by collecting medical information and blood samples from patients. It helps doctors better understand the disease and improve future treatments.

NCT06192719Recruiting
Study of gallbladder cancer, dysplasia, and gallstones

This trial is studying people with gallbladder cancer, abnormal cell changes (dysplasia), or gallstones. It aims to learn more about these conditions, possibly before or after treatment, or before gallbladder removal surgery.

Find new blood or tumor markers for bile duct and gallbladder cancer

This study looks for new ways to measure cancer-related “biomarkers” (signals in blood or tumor samples) in people with bile duct cancer or gallbladder cancer. The goal is to improve how these cancers are identified and tracked, which could help doctors make better treatment decisions.

NCT05179486Recruiting
Study genes and blood markers in bile duct and gallbladder cancers

This study looks at genetic and molecular patterns in people with bile duct or gallbladder cancers, and compares them with people without cancer (or with chronic liver disease). It may help researchers understand why these cancers happen and how to spot risk earlier.

Biobank Registry for Bile Duct and Pancreas Diseases

This trial is building a registry (a collection of samples and health information) for people with bile duct or pancreas diseases. By joining, you help researchers study these conditions to improve future treatments.

Biobank study for primary sclerosing and primary biliary cholangitis

This study collects and stores samples from people with PSC (primary sclerosing cholangitis), PBC (primary biliary cholangitis), and some related liver conditions. Researchers use these samples to better understand these diseases and support future research.
