Who can take part

  • You are age 18–75.
  • You have confirmed multiple myeloma, and it is newly diagnosed.
  • Your myeloma has an extramedullary disease spot (outside the bone) confirmed by scan and/or biopsy (at least 2 cm).
  • Your blood counts are adequate (ANC, hemoglobin, and platelets meet required levels).
  • You do not have a serious active infection, and you can attend visits and tests as scheduled.

Selinexor with VRd for high-risk newly diagnosed myeloma
