Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and can give informed consent
  • You have a confirmed advanced (locally advanced or metastatic) solid tumor on scans/pathology
  • Your cancer has grown or progressed after at least one prior standard treatment (or you couldn’t tolerate it)
  • You must have at least one tumor spot that can be injected with a needle using touch or ultrasound (and at least one additional injectable tumor for combination parts)
  • You must have measurable disease and be able to do daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0–2)
