Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older and can follow the study plan
  • You have advanced (locally advanced, recurrent, or metastatic) solid cancer that has worsened or is not suitable for standard treatment
  • Your tumor test must show specific HLA and gene findings that suggest your immune system can recognize the cancer (based on sequencing and lab tissue testing)
  • You must have measurable cancer on scans and a life expectancy of at least 4 months
  • You must have good overall health based on blood/organ tests and good heart-lung status, and avoid certain medicines like chemo or steroids close to enrollment
