Who can take part
- You are at least 19 years old.
- You have biopsy-confirmed squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck that is planned for neck surgery (elective neck dissection).
- Your cancer is node-negative or has lymph nodes that look suspicious on scans or exam (cN0 or clinically suspicious nodes).
- Recent blood and organ tests meet thresholds (hemoglobin ≥ 9, white blood cells > 3000, platelets ≥ 100,000, and kidney function creatinine ≤ 1.5× the lab’s upper limit).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you have no known iodine allergy.
- You have no recent major heart/brain event in the past 6 months, no prior serious infusion reaction to similar antibody drugs, and no lung scarring/interstitial pneumonitis or pulmonary fibrosis; also potassium and magnesium must be in the normal range.
