Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have head and neck squamous cell carcinoma that may have spread or is not clearly visible on scans.
- You have not had a recent heart attack, stroke, serious heart or liver disease, or lung scarring.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and are not allergic to mouse proteins or the study drug.
- Your blood counts and kidney function are within safe limits (routine lab tests will check this).
