Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 64 years old
- You’ve had a stroke before (either first-ever or one that came back), not a temporary “mini-stroke”
- You live at home (not in a hospital or care facility full time)
- You have moderate disability or less after stroke (not the most severe level)
- You can communicate in Cantonese and read Traditional Chinese
- You were in regular paid work when you had your stroke, but you’ve been out of work for at least 3 months by recruitment
