  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your general function is good (ECOG performance status 0–1)
  • You have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on CT scan or MRI (RECIST 1.1)
  • You can take medicine by mouth without needing it changed or crushed in a special way
  • Your cancer type matches a listed group and you have either no meaningful standard options left (dose escalation) or have had several standard treatments (dose expansion)
