Who can take part

  • You must be able to care for yourself and do light daily activities (performance status 0 or 1).
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be safely biopsied (sampled) before treatment, separate from the main tumor being tracked.
  • Your cancer must be advanced (cannot be surgically removed or has spread) and confirmed as a carcinoma.
  • You cannot have cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord (leptomeningeal disease).
  • You must not have another active cancer requiring treatment, or a history of other cancer in the last 2 years.
