Testing CVL006 and 9MW2821 Together for Advanced Solid Tumors

Who can take part

  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Confirmed advanced solid tumor (cancer that has spread), most commonly squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (mouth, throat, or voice box)
  • Good overall health status (able to care for yourself with minimal assistance)
  • At least one tumor that can be measured by imaging scans
  • Normal or near-normal blood counts, liver and kidney function
  • Not pregnant or nursing; willing to use birth control for 6 months after treatment ends
