Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (mouth, throat, or voice box), or another advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatment.
- You have not had prior systemic treatment for advanced disease, or if you had, it was more than 6 months ago (and for PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors, more than 12 months ago).
- Your tumor tests positive for PD-L1 (a protein) with a score of at least 1.
- You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on imaging scans.
