Who can take part
- You have newly diagnosed GBM with an IDH-wildtype tumor
- You are scheduled to start long-course radiotherapy
- You are age 18 or older and able to do usual daily activities (WHO performance status 0–1)
- You can read/speak Danish and are willing to follow study instructions
- You can have MRI safely (no incompatible implants, and you can tolerate MRI in the scanner)
- You can receive radiotherapy, and you are not currently using other investigational (study) drugs
