Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with glioblastoma or grade 4 astrocytoma (confirmed by biopsy)
  • You are at least 18 years old and have a Karnofsky performance status (overall health/activity level) of at least 60
  • Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function are normal or near-normal
  • You are able to have MRI scans (no metal implants that prevent MRI)
  • If you can have children, you agree to use reliable birth control during the study and for 12 weeks after
