Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You’re expected to live at least 3 months (based on your doctor’s estimate).
- You must fit one study group: melanoma with brain metastases after prior immunotherapy, or recurrent/progressive glioblastoma after standard treatment, or newly diagnosed glioblastoma that is MGMT unmethylated.
- You must be able to have planned brain scans (especially MRI).
- You need to have good enough blood test results and a good general condition (not severely ill).
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use effective birth control if you can become pregnant.
