Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 to 75 with cervical neuroendocrine cancer confirmed by pathology or cytology
- Your cancer is FIGO stage I or II, and a surgeon believes it can be removed with an operation
- Your scans show a measurable tumor area (certain minimum sizes on CT), meaning it can be tracked
- You must be able to perform daily activities fairly normally (ECOG 0 to 1) and expected survival is more than 3 months
- Your blood, liver, kidney, and clotting tests must be within required safety ranges
