Who can take part
- You have cervical cancer at stage IB3, IIA2, or IIB/IIIC1r with a tumor larger than 4 cm.
- Your cancer type must be squamous cell, adenocarcinoma (common type), or adenosquamous carcinoma.
- Your tumor must have tested negative for PD-L1 (a protein that helps cancer hide from the immune system).
- You must be between 18 and 70 years old and in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You cannot have had prior immunotherapy or have active autoimmune disease.
