Who can take part
- Be 18–79 years old and willing to sign consent and follow the study plan
- Have pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma that was fully removed by surgery (R0 or R1)
- Your tumor tissue test must be CLDN18.2-positive (from an earlier biopsy/surgery sample)
- Have completed about 3 months of standard chemotherapy after surgery and be recovered from it
- Have not had pancreatic cancer that spread or come back, and have abnormal CA19-9 blood levels
- Be healthy enough for treatment (good activity level, organ function, and enough blood access for apheresis)
