CAR-NK cell therapy for advanced pancreatic cancer
Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This trial tests a new treatment using immune cells (CAR-NK cells) to fight pancreatic cancer that has spread or come back. It may be an option if standard treatments have stopped working, were not tolerated, or were refused.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your pancreatic cancer has spread, cannot be removed by surgery, or has come back after treatment.
- A test of your tumor shows a certain protein (eGR1) is present on the surface of at least 40% of cancer cells.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You have not had any anti-cancer treatment in the last 4 weeks.

This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called CAR-NK cells (CL-NK-001) for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer that has a specific marker (eGR1). The goal is to see if these specially grown natural killer cells can attack the cancer after standard treatments have stopped working.
This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (CAR-T) that targets two markers on pancreatic cancer cells. It's for people with advanced pancreatic cancer who have already tried standard chemotherapy.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy called iNKT cells for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. The cells are from a healthy donor and may help your immune system fight the cancer.
This trial tests a new treatment where CAR-NK cells are injected directly into the pancreatic tumor using an endoscope. It is designed for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has come back or cannot be removed by surgery.
This trial tests a new therapy using your own immune cells (NK cells) that are specially trained to find and attack cancer cells. It is for people with pancreatic cancer that has not responded to previous treatment.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy called CAR-NK cells that target two proteins (MSLN and MUC1) often found on pancreatic cancer cells. It is for people whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed, and who have already tried at least one standard treatment.
