NCT05916248Recruiting· Early Phase 1
mRNA vaccine plus pembrolizumab for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests whether a personalized mRNA vaccine, given with pembrolizumab, can help people with advanced solid tumors by training the immune system to recognize cancer. It is mainly for patients whose tumor tissue matches specific genetic and immune patterns, and who meet key safety and infection requirements.

NCT06497010Recruiting· Early Phase 1
Personalized mRNA cancer vaccine for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized mRNA vaccine (InnoPCV) designed from your own tumor's genetic profile to train your immune system to fight advanced solid tumors. It is for people who have not had tumor vaccines or CAR-T therapy before and can provide a tumor sample for customized vaccine creation.

mRNA medicine with or without immunotherapy for advanced solid cancers

This Phase 1/2 study tests an mRNA vaccine (mRNA-4359) either alone or combined with an immune checkpoint antibody (immunotherapy). It’s for people with advanced solid tumors to see if it can shrink tumors and how safe it is.

Inhaled mRNA therapy for advanced lung cancer or lung metastases

This trial tests an inhaled mRNA immunotherapy for people with advanced lung cancer or solid tumors that have spread to the lungs. It might help if standard treatments no longer work or aren't available.

NCT06195384Recruiting· Phase 1
Personalized mRNA vaccine for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized mRNA vaccine made from your tumor's unique markers (neoantigens) to train your immune system to fight cancer. It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have not had gene therapy and are healthy enough for the vaccine.
