Who can take part
- You have triple-negative breast cancer, meaning HER2-negative, estrogen-receptor negative, and progesterone-receptor negative
- Your cancer stage is 2 or 3 (not stage 4), based on imaging and/or clinical assessment
- Your care team believes you are a candidate for neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT), with or without immunotherapy (a checkpoint inhibitor)
- You are at least 18 years old
- Your scans do not show cancer spread to distant places (no metastatic, stage 4 disease)
