ctDNA-guided immunotherapy boost after chemotherapy for triple-negative breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You have triple-negative invasive breast cancer (ER-, PR-, and HER2-).
  • Your breast cancer was stage II to III when first diagnosed.
  • You received chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant chemotherapy).
  • Your ctDNA blood test is positive (at baseline and/or after chemotherapy or surgery).
  • You can do regular follow-up blood tests about every 3 months for at least a year.
  • Staging scans show no spread to distant organs (no distant metastasis).
