Who can take part

  • You must be at least 10 years old.
  • Your tumor must have a confirmed FET gene fusion (involving EWSR1, FUS, or TAF15) using lab tests like sequencing, PCR, or FISH.
  • Your cancer must be recurrent or relapsed and have failed prior treatment (for Phase 2, it’s Ewing sarcoma with the EWS-FLI1 fusion).
  • Your performance status must be good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–1 if over 16, or Lansky 70+ if under 16).
  • Your most recent scans must show measurable disease within 28 days of starting treatment, and you must meet blood, liver, kidney, and heart requirements.
  • You cannot have had lurbinectedin or trabectedin before, and you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
