Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with DSRCT, and it has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You are 15 years old or older.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one prior chemotherapy (which must have included an anthracycline drug), and you have had no more than 3 prior chemotherapy treatments.
- You are generally well enough to be up and about at least half of the day (ECOG performance status 0-2).
- Your heart, kidney, liver, and blood cell counts are within acceptable ranges (these will be checked with tests).
