Who can take part
- You must have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread beyond one lung or to other parts of the body).
- You must have completed 4 cycles of platinum-based chemotherapy along with durvalumab.
- You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- Your weight must be above 30 kg (66 pounds).
- You must not have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord (CNS metastases) or a history of other cancers.
- You must not have active lung inflammation (pneumonitis) or other serious lung conditions.
