Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and able to sign consent
- Have stage III pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma confirmed on scans and/or tissue testing
- Have a tumor that surgery cannot remove (unresectable), specifically in the head or near the “uncinate” part of the pancreas
- No spread to other organs (metastatic disease) on a CT scan of chest/abdomen/pelvis within 28 days
- Be able to get the catheter safely: the tumor must touch an important nearby artery in a specific way, with adequate vessel size
