Who can take part
- You have a type of pancreatic cancer called pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) that has not spread to other parts of the body.
- Your cancer is considered locally advanced, meaning it has grown into nearby blood vessels and cannot be removed completely with surgery.
- You have received at least 4 months of standard chemotherapy (like FOLFIRINOX or gemcitabine with nab-paclitaxel).
- Your main tumor is smaller than 4 cm and can be fully treated with the electrical procedure.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0-2).
- You have not had radiation to the pancreas or treatment with a CD40 antibody before.
