Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
- You must have pancreatic cancer that has spread to the liver, with at least two tumors in the liver.
- You must have already tried a chemotherapy called gemcitabine and it did not work.
- You must be healthy enough to have a performance status of 0 or 1 (you can take care of yourself and do daily activities).
- Your liver, kidneys, and blood counts must be working well enough (tests will check this).
- You cannot have had other treatments like radiation or surgery for the cancer before this trial.
